Access

Ghislain presented the sector test access system requirements/solutions as to be presented to the INB in Paris shortly. His presentation here. Overview of access system requirements here.

Schedule

Round table discussion of near test schedule. The results of which are summarised  here  and in Gantt chart below.

Noted:

• Push installation of TED etc earlier to give us some time to sort out problems etc.
• Test access system as much as possible before the crunch - TI8 tests, surface etc. When is this planned to be installed?
• Scheduled dry runs in preceding months
• Speak to  Katy Foraz re. plans and implications
• When & how is the sector signed over to OPs vis a vis safety etc.

Chamonix XV

2 sessions on sector test foreseen for Cham XV. Suggested program here. Weekly meetings ongoing. Volunteer speakers welcome!
