We will need temporary shielding after the TED which will act as the beam dump
in LHC IR7.
The TI 8 blocks are long gone I'm afraid. However, it shouldn't be a problem to find them or similar again. If the transport guys can't come up with a solution, Michel Clement is the person to contact.
If we need to reinstall shielding downstream of the TI 8 TED, we should do so in the not too distant future as access is no longer possible via UJ88 (QRL) and at some point becomes problematic via BB4 as the vehicle needs to traverse both TT41 and TI 8 beam lines.
